Hazel Willow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and proud mom to a beautiful boy. She writes gentle, practical stories that help kids name big feelings, take brave steps, and practice kindness in everyday moments. Drawing on years of supporting children and families, Hazel blends evidence-informed strategies with cozy, kid-friendly language so grown-ups have simple words to borrow, and little readers feel seen, soothed, and capable.
